Last Updated: 18/04/2026 Welcome to the Divine Alignment™ Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Program Overview The Divine Alignment™ Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote the Divine Alignment™ Practitioner Certification and earn commission on referred sales using a unique affiliate link and/or discount code. 2. Eligibility & Approval All affiliates must be approved prior to participation Divine Alignment™ reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion 3. Commission Structure Affiliates earn 30%–40% commission per confirmed sale Commission is calculated on the final purchase amount after discounts Commission rates may be updated at any time with notice 4. Payment Terms Commissions are paid monthly A 7 day holding period applies to account for refunds or disputes Payments are issued via: PayPal / e-transfer Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information 5. Tracking & Attribution Sales are tracked through unique affiliate links and/or discount codes Divine Alignment™ is not responsible for untracked sales due to incorrect link or code usage Attribution is based on the tracking system in place at the time of purchase 6. Refunds & Chargebacks No commission is paid on refunded or disputed transactions Refunded commissions may be deducted from future payouts 7. Affiliate Responsibilities Affiliates agree to: Promote Divine Alignment™ in an honest, ethical, and aligned manner Accurately represent the program and its intended outcomes Use messaging consistent with the brand’s positioning 8. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may NOT: Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims Guarantee results or outcomes Run paid advertisements using the Divine Alignment™ name or brand without written permission Misrepresent themselves as employees or official representatives Violation may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions. 9. Disclosure Requirement Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship when promoting the program. Example: “This is an affiliate link/code, which means I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.” 10. Intellectual Property All Divine Alignment™ content, materials, and branding remain the intellectual property of the Company. Affiliates may not: Modify or repackage content Claim ownership Resell or redistribute materials 11. Termination Divine Alignment™ reserves the right to terminate an affiliate at any time if: Terms are violated Brand integrity is compromised Affiliates may also withdraw at any time. 12. Limitation of Liability Divine Alignment™ is not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages Affiliate business losses Misuse or misrepresentation by affiliates 13. Relationship Participation in this program does not create: Employment Partnership Joint venture Affiliates operate as independent promoters. 14. Agreement By participating in the Divine Alignment™ Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
