We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because the Divine Alignment course is a digital educational product with immediate access to intellectual property, downloads, frameworks, and course materials, refunds are limited.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase only if:

Refund requests made after 7 calendar days, or after more than 15% of the course has been completed, are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of excessive course use, downloading, copying, account sharing, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

12. Payment Plan Refunds and Cancellations

If you purchased through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a refund is approved under this policy.

Stopping use of the course, failing to log in, or deciding not to continue does not cancel your payment obligation.

If a refund is approved within the eligible refund period, future payment plan installments may be cancelled, and any eligible amount may be refunded according to the conditions above.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in termination of course access and may be disputed with supporting documentation, including purchase records, login activity, course progress, download history, and communication records.
