Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — creator of the Divine Alignment Method. With over 20 years of experience in the wellness field, I bring together a background in personal training, massage therapy, posture correction, movement-based healing, and Reiki. My work has been shaped by years of helping clients understand their bodies, uncover patterns of imbalance, and create lasting change from the inside out. Through that experience, I developed the Divine Alignment Method — a holistic framework that integrates movement, breathwork, nervous system support, energetic practices, and lifestyle guidance to support deeper transformation.
